About St Augustine Condos
The major difference between the condo complexes on Anastasia Island is the location. There are condos on the ocean beach, within walking distance of the beach and inland or on the Intracoastal. Those on the beach are the most expensive. Most of the condo complexes were built in the 1970's and 80's. Many of these have been updated since then. There a several that are relatively new.

Rent Your Condo
Many condo owners place their condos in a rental program thereby producing income to offset their costs. There are both on site rental offices and off site property managers that provide this service.

Short Sales and Bank Owned Condos
There is a significant number of condos available at distressed prices. The largest number are two bedroom/one bath units. These condos are selling at discounts of up to 30% off the recent highs. We can provide a list of the units currently on the market.
