Sand Dollar CondosOne of the largest condo complexes on Anastasia Island, the Sand Dollar condos are located in Crescent Beach. The complex was built in 1985. This beautifully landscaped complex has two retention ponds with fountains in the front of the buildings. There are 166 units all of which are three bedroom condos.
